Top 3 restaurants in Shanghai

Chinese traditional food to Thai food to Western food are particular food to most people especially in Shanghai. 

Shanghai is an international and multicultural city in China, and there are lots of different food with different countries. 

In this spirit, I want to share my favorite top 3 restaurants in Shanghai when I live in Shanghai. There are quit different food in these restaurants and it may be a reference for most people. It is a good way to let people know they have few choices when they cannot decide which kinds of food they will eat.

                                         The Best Restaurants In Shanghai

1. Yong Fu

When I go to this restaurant every time, I always see a lot of people need to wait if they do not make a booking, or you may come early when the restaurant just open. The waitress has a good attitude and will serve a fruit or snack first, after that give you the foos menu and tea menu.

We order the black tea, steamed hairtail, seafood noodle, duck tongue, boiled vegetable and the snack named snowballing usury.

Hairtail thorns not so much, the meat tasted very fresh and there are few sources on the fish meat; Seafood noodle eat vey delicious and the noodle very soft; Duck tongue is a vey interest dish for people who are not live in Asia, there just a little meat on the duck tongue but it can be a snack; Boiled vegetable taste good because the sauce is made from fish soup; Last interest snack is snowballing usury, it is made from glutinous, and roll up put some nuts inside, the next step is put some brown powdered sugar on that snack, tasted sweet.

2. Simply Thai

This restaurant is the Thai food like its name, these a lot of traditional Thai food and its a good choice if you like Thai food. 

The fresh coconut is my favorite drink, we also order the fried citronella chicken string, the crab meat with fried rice, yellow curry with duck, boiled mix vegetable and mushroom soup.

Fried citronella chicken string with sour and spice sauce smell good and when you take the first bite, there a little juice of chicken is came out and chicken meat not taste old. The crab meat with fried rice   taste very delicious and it used the Thai rice, it is a bit hard but it is chewy. Yellow curry with duck is my favorite, it is less spicy than the red curry and a little bit sweet than the green curry, and put some curry into the rice is another good try. There are four different vegetables in the mix vegetables which are carrot, cabbage, corn and snow peas. When you taste the soup, you will feel warm and there are the mushroom, quail eggs and the meat of bamboo inside, it taste very delicious.

3. Shake Shack

The Shake Shack is the fast food and based in New York City, it is a very famous fast food all over the world and when it built in Shanghai, I can't wait to go to the store.

There are not lot of choice for people to choose but everyone is very classic, I order the beef and mushroom burger which is the most famous in this store and with the chips, and there have a vegetarian burger, I think it is very humanized. And I order the Shanghai

limited drink called "Pink YuGarden".

The food make very quite and the burger is bigger than others like what we ate in other stores. The mushroom cooked with black pepper sauce and the beef is medium rare, the chips you can choose with the cheese or the traditional, and the drink taste similar like the strawberry shake but also taste there are also add other fruit inside.
